Revenue Share Program
What is the Revenue Share Program?
Beacon Renewable Partners will install solar panels on a community’s roof at no charge to the community. We become the community’s renewable power partner and integrator. Surplus revenue generated from the solar power will be shared with the community.
Do all communities qualify for the Revenue Share Program?
We specialize in onboarding condo and apartment communities, currently in Rhode Island, Massachusettes, and Connecticut. In order for a community to qualify we ensure there is appropriate roof space to offset eletricity usage, and we work directly with the utlity to confirm eligibility.
How does a community benefit from the Revenue Share Program?
In addition to environmental benefits, EV chargers, and batteries, communities receive monthly revenue generated from the sun. Some examples of what other communities have used those funds towards include:
- Lower HOA fees
- Community operations and maintenance
- New features like pickleball, a pool, community garden, aesthetics like paving, landscaping, and paint
- Eco-friendly enhancements (insulation, light bulbs, additional EV chargers, etc.)
- Fewer assessments for residents
Billing
Will my electricity bills decrease?
